Best CD player (CD-DA) application

I'm looking for the BEST Audio CD player application for Windows. I want a player that shows Minutes, Seconds, and Frames (one 75th/second) in the timer; CD-TEXT; can jump to Indexes within tracks; show elapsed & remaining time for CD, track, and index; has all of the features that the best professional player has. Please, DON'T SAY WINAMP! It only shows down to seconds and can't handle tracks that have no gaps in between (it automatically makes a gap where it shouldn't be). Not to mention, it doesn't recognise indexes and CD-TEXT. Winamp's great for MP3s and other audio FILES but, not for playing CDs directly. Thanks!
