The file is just 26MB, but you can always recode it to 192kbps mp3(which adds nice round 50MB to the file)

Any info on the tracklist much appreciated (I've heard most of the tunes before but I'm not really good with titles)

Unfortunately this is not a new J00F set it is just the first 56 minutes of the following set that was broadcast on ID&T.

oh man! just this morning i finnished downloading the JOOF set from transcend and guess what? - it's exactly the same set as the itm one

so anyway according to the transcend thread the first track is Rouzbeh Delavari - 020227 so the tracklist looks like this:
