Scott Bond @ Avalon Review

Wow is all I have to say. I've heard this guy was good, but this guy absolutely blew me away! Amazing mixing, track after track of pure bliss. Avalon seems to have installed new lighting, which is IMO, worse than the system it replaced... but the new screen is cooler! Anyway, no idea if he played the new Scott Bond vs. Solar Stone song, but I'm sure he did. I only remember 2-3 songs that were marginal, but the rest were amazing.

Songs that I remember (I think) were:
Binary Finary - 2003 (Ronski Speed Remix)
Underworld - Born Slippy (dunno what remix)
Matt Darey - Gamemaster 2003
Scott Bond vs. Solar Stone - 3rd Earth
Coldplay - Clocks (Marco V Remix)
Sirocco - Destination
Andy Hunter - Go

Also talked to him before his set went on, seems to be a bit of a reserved guy! But he's friendly enough to shake hands and smile! UK is so lucky that they get this guy as a regular!!! ME GREEN WITH ENVY!!!!!

I had a great time lastnight - Got there around 11 and I never say this but it was toooo empty!! But more people showed up and it was all good.

The minute I got there I went upstairs and saw Redeye just chillin with Scott (Good seeing you again by the way Ian) Got to talk to Scott for a minute, and he was very friendly and gladly signed my 12" of 3rd Earth which made me really happy.

I would love to know some more of the songs he played, especialy the song he opened up with - I thought it was a great opener!

Overall great night, and I'm very glad that I went

Yeap he definaly did, it was the 2nd or 3rd to the last song that he played
