2 of the 3 vinyl samplers have already been released in Australia. Cant remember exactly what is on them but Part 1 has "precious" which is pretty nice and part 2 has "Slipstream" the collaboration with Airwave (L-Vee) and some tracks with vocalists. I believe Part 3 has Communication 2003 and Blue Fear 2003 (dont want to get your hopes up) but I pretty sure. But overall the album is absolute quality. Pure Armin styled trance!!

I think he ment the CD release (not the 12" samplers ).

I find with Armin's CD's its faster to order them off amazon then wait for them to come in locally. About 6 months faster for AVB004.

No where did serp write they were after the vinyl and or what part they were after.

Hence I'd assume it's the cd release. That and everyone who gets vinyl knows parts 1 and 2 are out. I'm yet to see the CD release in shops here.

My bad... I assumed everyone was talking vinyl after jules post. Got carried away.......

Talk to HMV. I've seen them get some sweet CD imports in the past. But you pay a fortune for them.

yes, i was referring to the CD hehe

taking into consideration the fact that its being released this month in america i have come to the conclusion that we may see it out here by the beginning of next year, if not late this year. in fact i'm not totally sure if it's going to be hitting our shores at all, this is something that i would like to get clarification on, i've been asking quite a number of stores around here and so far none of them can even get details on it.

and as for ordering it online or through a shop here, the shipping price is just crazy, it works out to be almost twice as much as the CD itself, which really sucks!

i guess the only thing to do is to wait. also does anyone know if Armin's other compilations are released out here? eg '004 Transparence' etc?

thanks
dave

i ordered that how to dj bill broughton book through amazon and the book plus p&h cost round $31 when angus and robertson and dymocks wanted about $45 for just the book.

So yeah Amazon are great. The book arrived in about a week as well.

I got the CD a while ago, i ordered it from www.cdzone.co.uk and it cost me $33AUD total. damn cheap for such a great cd. i took about a month to get here tho. they have only 1 supplier for it and they were waitin ages for it go get to them.

Posted by Tenchuam on Sep-05-2003 09:10:

I have seen 004 in Hum (on oxford st) for $33.95 (if I recall). I know that Hum & Central got a new shipment of it in about a month ago. Don't know about 76, I have not seen it anywhere. Best to order it in from OS.

Posted by DJ Dowlz on Sep-16-2003 13:01:

I'd suggest getting it online, I've seen it in many places for around $30 plus shipping.

Note to Jules: I'd *really* like this album. Hint, hint??
