Madden 2004

Madden 2004 is awesome!! I got it the day it came out and I'm really impressed by it. Anyone else play it yet?

Yeah I have madden 2004 but I don't really like the controls of the madden games that much. I'm so use to the controls of NFL 2k3. I hate how madden switches the controls on you when your playing offense or defense. For example: On offense, the "X" button is used to sprint. However, on defense the sprint button switches to the "O" button.

I don't know that's just my opinion. I'm so use to having the "X" button as the sprint button on both offense and defense (NFL 2K3 style). I haven't really had time so see whether or not you can actual change the controls around in the player options.

waitin for that one to decided which i should buy...been into the 2K series since it was on the Dreamcast. still play 2K2 on the DC more than anything. but i have played Madden 2004, and i gotta say its pretty good...we'll see

well if you do get espn, be prepared to be blown away (and i have been a madden fan all my life).

I agree. Even though I enjoy Madden 2004, there are so many different controls that once you hike the ball you have about 1 second to think about which ones to use before you get sacked. Also, how they switch the controls for offense and defense sucks as well. NFL 2k2 and 2k3 was just awesome. I'm still a huge fan of the Dreamcast.

Think the game is good ,havent got so much time to played it yet like i did with 2003.

Dont like the lack of playoff options.
