ID PLZ : Camera Sounds?

Ok this song is so beautiful but I can't find the track name anywheres. It has the sounds of cameras going off at the beginning with an ABSOLUTELY beautiful Synth line... OMG This track is amazing. Thanks for helping me find this producer!

not at the beginning of the track, its mostly a voice going "camera's ready, prepare the flash"

"Cameras ready, prepare to flash" is also on 'Green Velvet - Flash'.

yep, theres also more vocals (as in different words) in the green velvet version
