Who Will Win the Superbowl?

So, who's gonna win the Superbowl this season?

My vote is on the Pack. Brett Favre finishes strong before he retires.

Posted by DR86 on Sep-06-2003 23:38:

most people are saying it's gonna be the Bucs again.

Great, I pick the Pack, and they loose the opener at home!

Bucs have a good chance to win this year, IMO. Most of the team is back, and their defense is as tough as ever.

Can you say "REPEAT?" BUCS again, baby!!! I would love to see Bills Vs. Bucs, but doubt the Bills have what it takes to go all the way to the dance... guess we'll see.

On another note, who is happy that NFL is back and we don't have to watch stupid MLB anymore??? *raises hand*

I'm not ready for the NFL yet but my pick this year is the Steelers

Go PACKERS!

Sucks we lost to the hated Vikings at home opening day. Sigh.

I have no clue who will win the superbowl this year....I am more interested in finding out if I can get the Rugby World Cup on PPV next month here in the states. So I have not been follwing the NFL....of course when you live in Chicago all you hear about is the lowly Bears day in and day out. At least the Pack didn;t lose as bad as the Bears did in San Fran.

My hope is that Green Bay will win it this season. But I have not had very high hopes since Holmgren left.

Is San Diego any good??

Philly versus Buffalo with Philly winning it all, that was my pick before Tampa shut them out on Monday night, but I will still go with my original picks.

There's just something not right with the Raiders... beating the Bengals by 3 is fishy... my Bucs had a setback this weekend... I don't get why we run at 3rd & 8 when we have been ineffective all afternoon... ah well. Let's hope they can turn it around this week.

The team with the most points...duh

Posted by BeatFreak on Sep-30-2003 03:39:

The Chiefs will win it all.

The Bucs won't make it to the Superbowl this year.

Im sorry to say, but if Plummer can keep up his play, and Portis comes back healthy soon, the Bucs will have problems.

Raiders will barely make it to the playoffs, Gannon is finished, they are just getting too old.

Steelers need another year to become more solid, Amos isnt reliable enough.

Chiefs wont win, Priest wont breakdown, but their defense will, same goes with the Vikings.

Seahawks look promising and balanced nicely, but again, by the end of the season they will breakdown.

Broncos or Bucs 4 Superbowl.

Why are you so sorry to say the Broncos have a chance?? nothing wrong with my Broncos. At least we're not ghetto like the Raiders.

Posted by Projekt4.o on Oct-03-2003 00:15:

i didn`t made my pick before the season started so i won`t make it rite now, but from teams u mentioned, neither does Green Bay or Tampa deserve up to this point to win the Super Bowl, Vikings, Chiefs and Broncos are the best playin teams rite now, and the Colts tho they give away way to many points, plus this week match-up will be the best Broncos and Chiefs, I think they are playin in K.C. I wish these tw teams could play in the finals, but i don` t think that possible but yea
so if somethin i would pick chiefs to win the super bowl if holmes plays as he had done in it the past few weeks

Posted by RaverFriendly on Oct-07-2003 06:37:

Gotta go with my team the steelers... right now they're just cleaning up all their mistakes and will be ready when December and January come around. Though i like what the chiefs are doing...

D. Hall.. OMG what an amazing feat so far this year.. 4 kickoff returns for TDs already?? lol.. MVP so far.

Bucs or Ravens

At least the Packers aren't pussies that have to play inside where it is warm

Packers aren't gonna win it. And I am very unhappy that I had to listen to every redneck in Branson heckle me because the Chefs (yes I said Chefs) beat them last weekend.

The season is too long to make huge predictions this early but I can gaurantee that the Bears, Lions, Bengals, and Raiders will not be there.
