Vincent De Moor Pres. Questia - Crystal Clouds / Evolving Moods

I got my copy on vinyl today and I LOVE this thing. It is on a Armind Promo (A state of trance) and is 005. Armin is really using his head and releasing some good stuff! I think this is alot better than the last nexus release.

Crystal Clouds = 10/10
Evolving Moods = 7/10 <---- Might grow on me.

Nexus Asia is fucking fantastic. Its so dreamy and "sparkly". If Crystal Clouds has that sparkly feel to it then its a winner.

The release this thread is referring to is not the Promo. I don't know why it was stated as one, maybe to feel better or something, I dunno. Anyways this is ASOT005 off of Armada and was released today, September 08, 2003. This tune is class, much better than Nexus-Asia. Get it at Only-DJ's, or Dancegrooves at the moment. 9/10.

It was posted as a promo, because I received it as one. I didn't know it had come out today.. so I guess maybe it isn't a promo? Hrm.. or is it? Since I was supposed to receive it saturday, I guess it would be a promo. Due to the holiday, I got it a day late.

Like I said, I dont think its a test press. I think its the actual vinyl, just I got it early (Which happens alot actually). But mine says Pres. Questia also.. Just used to nexus because of the last release. muh bad!

Quality tune got it today,
The vdm remix is in the vein of 4 strings,
its amazing instrumental melodic trance 9/10

On the flip is 'Evolving Moods' which in my opinion is better than crystal clowds by far. A Very emmotive belter and perfect end of the night tune,

Crystal Clouds is by far the best of the 3, one of the better trancers of 2003. Don't really like Evolving Moods, the piano is too standard. The break is nice though, has a summer touch to it. Subsphere remix ain't that good either. But I would buy it for Crystal Clouds (9/10)

Haha, 20/10, that cracked me up. You have the right idea though, Crystal Clouds owns and Evolving Moods is even better.

On another note, does anyone know whether the supposed remix of Evolving Moods is actually a remix of Crystal Clouds? It sounds a lot more like CC than EM...

what remixu talkin about? there is a Subsphere remix of CC if thats what u mean

Crystal Clouds is a pretty classy tune none the less. nice fresh sound. 7.5/10.
