My dog would do the same he is very good my step dad was working under the car and something happend and he slammed his head on the pavement and he had a concussion and everything was spinning and he couldnt walk cause everything was spinning so he laid there and the dog stayed by him the whole time and then guided him to the door and then started throwing up cause everything was spinning i hate that feeling
