Right ONNNNNN ! Unfortunately I missed Hybrid @ Ultra this year, I was sooo upset. They are absolutely amazing. I will be attending one of these shows! I HOPE they aren't at Icon.. ick. HOB would be much nicer.
Hmmmmmmmmmmm never really heard of them, if i did, might of forget how they sound, but it wouldnt hurt checking it out, im down!!!

Ugh i hope they dont play @ ICON. That Club is so done and over with. HOB would be much better:-D like on SIN night every sunday. Icon has gone completely down the tubes with their appearance and sound inside since they switched to Hip Hop every freakin day. But hey i saw Hybrid there the last time there were here in Orlando and the tunes were GRREEEEAAATT!!
Oh shit, BT is down there that week too. It may be a week in Orlando for me! Would love to see Hybrid since I missed them at Ultra too.
Hope I'll have the Flow for both BT & Hybrid! Who all is going to the Orlando show?
Hey now don't totally shoot ICON to the ground, I work there damnit hehe....anyHOOO I do agree with the fact that we do hip hop 2/3 of the time the club is open it sucks ASS. The reason being though there is not a strong enough dance scene in orlando for house or trance...hell even for breaks really. Unless you are giving aways the bar doing 3-4-1 drinks nobody really comes out. Hybrid in fact will probably play @ Icon if they do come to Orlando again though. The reason being they have a strong relationship with the owner of Icon. Hell they had a quartly residency going on for a while @ Icon, play a DJ set every 4 months or so. The only way people come out anymore in Orlando is if your name happens to be OAKENFOLD or DIGWEED....sadly enough hip hop is what is hot right now UGH I HATE IT. I hate working the nights, I hate the music and I hate the ghetto ass scum that come out those night...

Saw Hybrid the last time they were in orlando @ icon, man HOB owns now for bringing the talent. Whoever is running icon needs to get they're head out of they're ass.
Anyway, I'll most likely be there, unless I'm too dead from PvD the night before.
I'm definitely going,glad they are playing at HOB over Icon.Don't think they would sound good on that system at icon live.Hope to see some of the TA people there on the 23rd.

The Hybrid show is definitely sunday the 23rd.confirmed by HOB,distinctive's website and www.hybrid-group.co.uk.tickets are 12.50 plus 6.10 service charge.Scary thing is according to hob's website 50 cent is playing earlier in the evening.
The owner of Icon is no longer shooting for the dance crowd. The money it brings in is no longer worth the cost. Nobody really comes out anymore as I mentioned before. He had the chance to book the Timo show, along with the Hybrid show but passed it up. Last time we had hybrid the had Satoshi Tomiee play along with them and everyone left once Satoshi was done. Hybrid's dj set was not all that great the last two times @ Icon. Ohh well I am glad it is at house of blues for sure I will actually be able to be off and enjoy it WOOOHOOO time to get WASTED!!!!

To be honest that whole Satoshi Tomiie show was bad.Tomiie wasn't exactly throwing down the best tracks and i almost left because of what he was playing.Best shows i have seen at icon were probably Steve Lawler for the Global underground release party and Sander Kleinenberg for his essential mix release,very good crowds those nights.well i just hope another club takes up the slack and starts bringing in the high profile acts that icon did and maybe makes them on say i dunno a friday or saturday night...kinda makes mondays more hell than normal with this sunday stuff.As for Hybrids dj sets well sometimes they are really good other times a bit boring and eclectic although i can never get sick of FSOL-papa new guinea.Okay i've rambled enough hope to see a bunch of people there on the 23rd.
yeah in the almost 3 yrs I have worked @ Icon Steve Lawler, and Sander both are probably the best 2 Dj's to play there. Not always my favorites, but the shows @ Icon rocked. I love how for the steve lawler Lights Out Tour his people had all the extras that they brung in for the show, the back drops the red and black nylon thingies. Made for an excellent night. As for sanders last show it was awesome. He played as we were cleaning the club, some older house stuff. But as we were finishing up the owners, staff and some of sanders people started to have some drinks upstairs and before you knew it the party had begun. He was really playing some banging ass house. He got to play for about 2 hours total till one of my ex employees decided to call the cops and say there was an illegal after party going on @ the club. So needless to say he had to end right when he was really rockin the house like the night never ended. Ohh well totally off of the hybrid thread, but See yall there!!
T.a. peeps going to the Hybrid show.I would be interested meeting up for drinks with those of you who are going.So maybe around 9:30 or 10 meeting up in virgin mega stores cafe and then from there finding a restaurant/bar to go to.
wish i could see Hybrid here in ATL with all my TA buds, but I'll get to see them at home in Boston two days later

I got to see Hybrid this last friday with about 150 people in this cool little club in Minneapolis. It was a blast. Hybrid was really into their set and they looked like they were all enjoying themselves. After the show they hung out for awhile and talked to people and signed autographs and stuff. I got to talk to a couple of them for awhile and they seemed like really nice guys. All in all a good experience.
Is the Hybrib set at HOB 21+?
I just drove down to O-town this past Saturday for Deisleboy and they when we got there they said it was 21+ even though all the flyers said 18+ Bastards, lol.
Anyway, I'd so be down for this cus I havn't seen Hybrid in a long time, missed them at Ultra and shit. I'll have to get the Direction and Jungala crews to come with me to this!
it is 21+ unfortunately...which i kinda don't get.Guess H.O.B would like to benefit off liquor sales....
