hey i want to be able to record my self well mixing useing my laptop, how would i go about doing this? what type of programs would i need and what kind of conections would i have to make between my mixer and my laptop, if you need to know i have a vmx-200 mixer that has a tape output as well as a amp output thx

Just get a small jack/phono converter (they cost like �1.50) and connect the rec out on ur mixer to line in on the computer and record with a wave editor like soundforge/wavelab/cool edit
