Working outside of Ontario

I've been thinking about this for a while to leave Ontario and to work somewhere else for a while like in BC or Alberta just Tempory with more people that are doing the same thing as me, I dunno exactly what it is called.

right now I am apprenticing as an Electrician and I'm just sick and tired of living in this town and meeting the same people everyday just wanna get out and see something of the world.

Does anybody here know any people that are doing this or did this in past or any website where I can find information about this. I also don't mind going to the states or other countries.

Thanks,

Arjan

lol...i see why you want to get out....not the greatest city

in toronto...it's so big...that we have so many different people....but the living costs are much higher but the nightlife is more varied.

dude, im an apprentice electrician too, currently going to SAIT for my first year. If you decide to head west, mabe consider Calgary, there is tons of work here. its not hard to find a job, especially for electricians. For the most part people from BC even come to Alberta because there is so much work here, just a thought...

this will probably be of little use to you but my sister is a flight attendant in calgary for westjet and she called me the other day to let me know that they were hiring massive amounts of people to work there. So if for whatever reason you wanted a change of heart that is an option, or anyone else who reads this and is looking for work like that... there it is!!

contact the westjet office in calgary and they will most likely want to interview you. I am not sure if you can do it through ontario westjet office, i wouldn't be surprised if you could.. but you would probably want to hash out the details in Calgary..
