I started off 2 1/2 years ago with Dance eJay 2, then went through various eJays. I now have been Fruityloops 3.56 for a few months. In addition I use Acid Pro 4 and Atomix MP3.

Still none of these is satisfying my need to make some actual trance with some real synths, etc. Does anyone know of any better software I could possibly start using?

Logik 6 if you're a Mac user otherwise I'd recomend you Sonar 2.1 XL or Logic 5.5 they only problem with that one it's that You'll not get any kind of help from E-magic aso you probably know Mac bought E-magic so I'll be a pain but that's up to you .
Another nice program is Sondforge unfortunatly I'm not a really soundforge user so I cannot really tell you much about it but I'm sure someone esles will .
