Upcoming TECH support job at Alliance Atlantis

This job isn't even posted yet and probably won't be for a month or so consider this a bonus...

This is mostly going out to the techie WOMAN out there (cause they really want a woman for this role; the current one is going on maternaty leave for a year).

IF:

a) you really know your Microsoft support stuff
b) have experience
c) have great customer service
d) like trance (ok I threw that in)
e) have experience in a helpdesk support role and can answer calls
f) are organized
g) can handle a little stress
