thats why you dont buy cheap remakes (behringer)

Usually, behringer produces quite good quality. If you take care of your equipment, you won't have any problems with it. You should always put a blanket over your mixer, 'cuz dust is your equipments biggest enemy. Maybe you could try bringing the mixer in to an electrician, maybe it's just a fuse or something stupid like that.

If that doesn't solve your problem, you'll have to buy yourself a new mixer.

that's funny...my cheap remake owns vestax.

On my VMX200 I have a small problem with the power cord coming loose at times (usually when I've moved the mixer to a different spot on my desk). Make sure the power cord is in tight. When it gets loose it will randomly turn off/on quickly.. so it sounds like the sound cutting out.

thanks but it isnt the power cord.. that is on tight..anyone ever have a problem like this?

Maybe if you take the cover plate off, you might see some physical damage...
