Sphere the movie is horrible if you have read the book. The book is one of Crichton's best IMHO.

I own the DVD of Sphere but have only watched it once (it was one of five discs that came with my player).

Event Horizon is pretty good.

i hated the movie.

i read the book when i was in grade 8. I really liked it, which is probably why i was mad at how shitty the movie was.
And i was expecting to see Sharon Stones tits in that movie (cause the bitch in the book walks around naked at one part )

i read the book after the movie, but i still kinda liked the movie as different as the 2 are..
sometimes u convey the mood better with pictures and sounds..

Chriton sucks in all his endings, (atleast from the books I've read from him, jurassic park, lost world, sphere, and terminal man) although the ending in sphere kinda made sense.
