how do you remix?
i still dont get it, how do people make remixes? wat equipment do they use? thanks.
Official remixes are made this way: label of original artist makes a contract with remixer and then handles him the requied samples and notes. After that it's the remixer's duty to add his own sound to the track that's being remixed by adding samples, modifying them, and doing with them basically whatever he wants to.
A remix can cost for label anything from $1000 to $10000 (generally speaking).
Yes Thats right. But also, sometimes, you wouldnt have to pay the label $$$$ for the remixing of a track. Some ways are delt between your label vs the other artist label.
Im not sure why an artist Is just asked to do so. I think thats why Im staying Amature
Also, They are mostly handeled In a studio (Computer, Synths...etc.)
On the computer there are many ways to remix a song. Using either a virtual studio (EG. FL Studio, Reason), Using a Sample-Based application (EG. Logic Audio)
