Someone with a Nomad Jukebox Zen help me!

I'm trying to burn some CDs onto my mp3 player, but I don't know how without the songs having to be split up (they are mix CDs like Northern Exposure, etc.) Is there a way I can put them back together?

If you got a music editing program im sure you could thats what i do if i like a song like a melody or something i can cut out the sections i want and put them together magix video and music maker 6 delux is what i use if that helps but i don't know wtf a nomad jukebox zen is lol
