There was this series on Channel 4 (UK) called Spaced or something, and in one episode they all went clubbing. To this day it remains one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Really well observed, everything about clubbing's in there.

Dunno if they'll show 'em again though.

The movie was good, but it got a little cheesy at times. All those songs they sung and anthems??? I really liked the human side they put of it (unlike hollywood) where all the people in there looked just like your everyday Joe versus Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt...

"Groove" is ok too...Not as good as Human Traffic though. Apparently there will be a Human Traffic 2, and they are going clubbing in the US I think or Ibiza...one of the two anyway! It was a long time ago I read this.

I have no idea! You know how you know something for sure, but you can't recall where...Rather frustrating...

Posted by bluE_Neon on Jul-03-2001 06:20:

wat?? Groove is a safe movie, but ya its cheezy and kind of weird at times, but Digweed spinning in da end, gotta luv dat all of da musik in da movie is just siicckk
didn't hear much about Human Traffic, expect from Ravemonkey dat Carl Cox spin's there

Surely your local video store! Unless you mean DivX or something

Posted by rawkus rowan on Jul-03-2001 17:34:

carl cox doesn't spin in human traffic, he's just got a part in it as the owner of a club. pete tong compiled all the music for the film though

Well, Human traffic was kewl, but is like wierd ? I like Groove better, because it shows the crowd alot more, they show more of the music, while on Human Traffic, they only play the tunes in parts where the tune shouldnt been played, nor the show what the people reaction to it is.. While in GROOVE it is showned. Another one Id like to check out is Jerry and perry ?!? Clubbing at IBIZA .

I will look forward to the Human Traffic 2 if it wille ever come out.

Can't say i have seen it

My mate has got it, so i should b nickin it off him this week, sounds good.

But the classic clubbing movie has to be

Kevin and Perry GO large

Well it was a good laugh i thought, and suprisingly had a lot of recent big songs, for the time it was made, and the start of the film where he is at home was filmed in Watford, very near to where i live.

But the tunes made the film, and Harry Enfield is a very funny guy, i liked the DVD extras as well

Posted by Spad on Jul-07-2001 18:42:

Still havn't seen Kevin & Perry, and havn't even heard of Groove. Is it available in the UK?

Posted by flystyler on Jul-07-2001 21:57:

yep not heard of groove, but u have got to see kevin and perry, it will have u in stitches

Cool Seen It

I liked the movie it was good. I would like to see more of these movies they are realy grate to watch when your shitfaced

Well, Groove is about organizing a rave in San Francisco, showing what Ravers go through to get there, and what they do to make raves. They show the DJ"s spinning, at the end they show Jhon Digweed , throwing the Heaven Scent track, its all about the song there.

Posted by DJ MG on Jul-08-2001 04:11:

Talking

I guess im going to have to see Groove then

Posted by jonnydawson on Jul-11-2001 18:36:

I thought kevin and perry was pretty cack, but it did have eyeball paul - sunburst, which is my 2nd favourite trance song of all time, but the end of groove when digweed is spinning bedrock-heavan scent.. man that is one feel good moment, wouldn't you give anything to be there? I thought human traffic should of concentrated more on the music and the clubbers, you only really managed to get 2 tracks, cj bolland - it ain't gonna be me and Diving faces..... what's the next clubbing film?!?!?!?

Did anyone see Manumission the Movie ????

Any good ?
