crowd shouts!
What's the best set in your opinion where u can hear people in the club only screaming and giving their respects to the dj's?
I think it's PvD live @ Amnesia (21. Aug 2003)

Umek @ Mayday 2002 (pure techno madness,and then out of nowhere teh PHAT bassline from Antoine Clamaran - Experience comes blasting out of the speakers. Needless to say the crowd goes apeshit)

that is my favourite set because of the croud. they go fucking crazy when frenzy drops for the first time, they r all chanting jono! jono! on the buildup then all go mental when it drops, makes me go mental as well 
I was sitting here doing a project listening to Paul van Dyk - Live @ Unionhalle, Frankfurt (09.13.2003)...and it goes through the first breakdown of Time Of Our Lives. Then at 31:45 the crowd goes fucking NUTS at the end of the breakdown when it gets all quiet...and very appropriately, the vocals follow: "a time to scream, a time for silence"
Then again at 33:19...
It's unlike anything I've heard...go listen

The Jon Vesta - Gull part is also my fav get goosebumps everytime i hear that very bit. I remember listening at the time and wishing i was old enuf to go to it (i think i was 14 at the time. lol) and that was the first time i had heard the Gull. i still treasure the vinyl to this very day but yea i cant fault anything at all in that set. the tracks, the mixing, the atmosphere, the crowd, etc.

thought of another one, j00fs set from this years global gathering, when he drops carte blanche the croud goes fucking crazy and at one point overpowers the song, even when its playing thru u can here them goin fucking nuts.
I'd have to say Ferry Corsten's set live at Spundane (sp?). It's actually a retail cd that I bought, but I'm sure you can find the same rip on the net. The very beginning of the first track, the crowd is chanting "FERRY, FERRY, FERRY!" over and then there's silence, and he drops Holden - Nothing (93 returning mix) and the crowd goes absolutly NUTS!
PvD - Homelands 2000, as I was there right next to the crowd mic. I remember hearing my stupid whistle after it and thinking never again will I blow a whistle at a trance event. To this day I have kept to that resolution

Gatecrasher's crowd was so loud that Pete Tong had a hard time speaking over them.

I really like Sasha & Sander Kleinenbergs gig at NY 2000, they chant
for like 2 minutes before the beat kicks in, then they go absolutley nuts!
i once heard in a blink 182 set, some guy from the crowd shouted out 'FUCK YOU'
i found it amusing rather.
