what do you usually have for breakfast?

Mkay so sometimes I have the luxury to MAKE breakfast..

it's 10:25AM over here, and an hour or so ago i just made a pretty simple cheese omellate.. Usually I skip breakfast, but when I get a chance i'll make eggs.

anyways what do you usually eat to break the fast?

pickles, tuna, or an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese from panera...

lol (i'd recommend the third if you're looking for actual breakfast material)

If I've got an hour to kill on breakfast: omelettes, scrambled/fried eggs, bacon, pancakes, french toast (the real kind), waffles, and/or steak.

If not, or if I'm really lazy: cereal, bananas, regular toast, bagel, or whatever's sitting on the kitchen counter from last night.

on wednesdays i have a waffle with strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup.

other days alternate between a muffin, a plain bagel with pork roll and cheese, a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese or yorgurt and a banana.

What I like the most about this is that it's healthy AND delicious.

I've had atleast 1 egg every morning for the past year or two.

Then it's usually with some grains (toast, rice) and more meat (bacon, sausages). Not alot, but enough to get me to school/work.

Sometimes I have fruit too.

Well, I start off by jumping into my moat and wrestling a couple crocodiles out of the water and hang them above a bonfire while I punch boiling water and smash iron bricks with my face to increase my strength by +1.
