Lookin for an i.d on a song i heard....

i snagged a steve lawler MOS essential mix of his ...and he starts off his set with this great track with samples and backgrounds from the "american beauty" movie...
the MOS date was 01-04-2002
if anybody could i.d this track for me ...
i would be so utterly in your debt....

that's it...they had problems with that song because he never got the sample cleared. Jakatta is Dave Lee aka Joey Negro and about a dozen other aliases.
