Tek-trance?

So what exactly is "tek-trance"? Does anyone have Northern Exposure: 0 Degrees South? Is that what you'd call the music at 27:00-35:00 or so on there? It's clapping, a nice lil drum beat, and no melody really. I absolutely LOVE that whatever it is. (Or, similarly, Crystal Method's Busy Child, the Taylor remix).

Tech trance is John Askew, A-Force, and Marco V. Basically it sounds like the name suggests: techy. Its usually a little more progressive too meaning no massive melodies.

tech trance used to be better imo...now it's just trance and techno...not much mixed actually tech trance.

teck trance is techno with a very trancy feel to it.
you know its techno but but with synthy melodies.......

Tech Trance is my fav type of trance...nothing beats a driving , dirty bassline with nasty, dark synths...
Outback - Minds in Motion would be tech trance. Marco V would be tech trance. Tiesto plays some tech trance as well.

Igor S - Boomerang(Igor S mix)
Fusion - Spectrum(Agnelli&Nelson remix)

Elmo, Marco V isn't hard trance. As far as that chemical records tech trance section, alot of it is hard trance.

my favorite album of all time, is L.S.G. vol. 2 by Oliver Lieb, if you can find it (out of production now), BUY IT...

marco V is hard trance, Recovered, tolerance, and echoes all are hard trance. Pretty much all of his vision with exception for like one song are hard trance. Simulated is hard trance, C Del i would put in the hard trance category, and his remixes are hard trance, ocasionally he makes some tech trance and even techno songs but his main gig is hard trance not to mention he spins hard trance

Marco V is not usual hard trance. hard trance is for guyver,s.h.o.k.k, yoji,... Marco V is sorta hard trance but its more likely tech trance.
Mauro Pictto is just techno i think.
