help with a track name

I am looking for a track that sounds alot like brit pop-rock. it has an elec. bassguitar line and no singing.
I know sasha uses it sometimes, it's also played alot by frisky radio

This tune is amazing.. I love that guitar! Is it The Edge from U2? If so how did that come about? Have U2 done a song called this before or whit?
