Icone - Feeling Sorry (full demo 96 kbps)

Hey all,

Just upped a full demo version of my newest track. It's not finished though, so therefore only a lofi track.

Let me know what you think of it so far I don't think I'm gonna make major changes for the finished version, but add some more effects etc.

hey thanks azca!

i used a different lead than in the other Icone tracks, a bit rougher maybe. some on the trance.nu forum have told me it sounds 'strange', maybe too thin? it doesn't sound that way in the hifi version though.

nice intro synths, sounds good

not overly keen on that high synth sound wise, melody wise and harmonically it's great though...

typical icone emotional string breakdown - lovely as always... excellently composed melody.

the lead sounds awesome to me - sweet melody, and I prefer this sound to some of your other tracks.

so yeah, very nice work here - should be really great once you've polished it up with more effects here and there.. good luck with it!

Thanks Mike! I will be keeping myself busy with this one for quite a while and do the best I can to finish it

Sorry for the lofi, but I'll post the finished one hifi, I promise. I hope it'll also sounds more clean that way.

Another masterpiece, Wim. I love your breaks, they're so euphoric. The melody is fantastic, too.

This is one that doesn't need sped up when played, but could also be pitched way up and blow the roof off.

Can't wait to hear a higher quality version of this!

sounds ok, but the bass is well weak and the way the highest build synth comes in is a bit dodgy, the reverse crash sounds a bit lofi but that may be the sample. the strings are rather nice. i reakon u should lose that plastic snare fx u have, ive heard it in every tune of yours for the last year or so. i think the tune is a bit weak when it kicks in but i think thats because of the bass and the synth could do with beefing up a bit. apart from that its rather good and i would like to hear the finished article soon
