Crasher-kids are the crowd that are ultra-dedicated to Gatecrasher (go to every event, drive all over hell to get there, etc). Here's an article I found:

(ARTICLE) Gatecrashing at a thumping party near you

And another:

Paragraph taken from http://www.clubbing.com/reviews/contrib86.asp
... Sheffield is the Home of the Gate Crasher clubbing movement, from which has spawned hundreds of thousands of glow-stick waving, fluoro painted cyber punks across the globe from Sydney to Montreal to Kuala Lumpur. The children of this clubbing revolution have been dubbed Crasher Kids, distinguishable by design yet each creatively individual. The Crasher movement has effectively reinvented a dying trance and hard house scene that was beginning to get a little stale

Crasher Kids are a response to the magical 1999 release of some of the finest trance ever produced, namely Binary Finary and Gouyella, bringing with it a new dawn of musical enlightenment. The movement just epitomizes everything that is pure and true about the sound-attitude clubbing experience. These people spend their whole week organizing their night, making their outfits and choosing their accessories so that the few hours of freedom they get can be enjoyed without conformity. A craziness with a bit of added zest: fluoro spikes, flashing lights, beaded chokers, glow sticks, yeti boots, Goa tattoos, trippy facial bindis and any other zany items which they can find in the week coming up to their Saturday night. What other club has such a broad-minded view of boys wearing paint on their faces? (Gatecrasher)....
