Great arps and couter melodies, Only one thing.. the string sound used at 3:09 could have been slightly more euphoric, sounds like absynth a bit!
Apart from that mate, an absolutely stunning tune!

Superb production! The sounds are all so clean & crispy... so many beautiful elements swimming around my ears!
The beat has great forward motion, and you did a phenomenal job building intensity as the song grows.
My only criticism is that, in my opinion, the melody - although powerful - lacks in originality - feels like I've heard it before...many times.
Maybe vocals, as mentioned, would help? I don't know.
Overall, very tasty tune indeed!
Multiply my previous comments by 10 due to the high quality file. You're quickly becoming one of my favorite producers, Wim. I really hope we'll be seeing these on vinyl sometime soon. Because I sure as hell can't afford a CDJ and I'm eager to put these in a set!

I used FL 3.56 for this track, with pro53, v-station, pro52, ts404 and some good samples... I used the 3xosc only for the bassy lead during the break. I'm not using it that much anymore actually

Nice track, I don't mind the melody at all, very uplifting.
On point of criticism, the really stabby synth notes used in intro and in end of breakdown get kindaaaaaa annoying, maybe lower the volume of them a tiny bit??

mike :: you mean the synth that fades out towards the high freqs? I was thinking of that as well, I'll see to it. thx!
massive :: well, a good preset gets you to start very well with the pro53. just try to give it a good envelope for the amplitude and filter, as well as a good 'fat' sound - use the unison option for that.

i still reakon the bass is a bit high and crap lacking decent bass body, and the high synth that fades in from 1:10 sounds weird the way it comes in, would sound better coming in all at once or with LP filter cutoff imo. tbh, the plastic type snare is actually really getting on my tits now, you really need a new fill effect, it doesn't do your work justice. when it kicks in after the break it is too weak, the synth could be a touch louder and the bass doesn't quite drive it, its as if it's all mid with no actual bass.
on the plus, shorter and easy to say, cool percs, nice reverse effects, good floaty melody, pretty mint strings

I can't argue about something as little as a snarefill... is it really that bad?
i have to say i heard lotsa tunes already released that have similar structure and not any louder bassline - checked some on my headphones today. it sounds fine enough to me though, even on my simple speakers. i thought about that stabby synth as well, but letting it rise and fade with a lopass filter seemed like i've done it alot before... anywayz, thanks alot for you opinion.

if u cba with LP use an HP or BP or a combination of them

I'd have to agree with Luke here, the bass makes it sound kind of hollow.
Also, I don't know if it's just me but lately I've been seeing a trend of using way too punchy/overcompressed bass drums... It's really getting on my ears.
listening now... just got to the breakdown and its been very nice so far.
strings are wonderful.. i like how they are kinda synth sounding.
ooooh nice when the melody comes in!
like the fx samples you have used and the panning snare rolls etc.
awesome when that rev crash comes in and then the drums just kick in and the crashy sound releases out slowly and its just 'ahhhh'
i like the open high hat sample you have used, its not too loud, but the way it is you can hear it well because of its sound... not a normal OHH which is cool.
this is probably the best production i have heard from you which is good news, because you just keep steadily increasing in musical and technical skill which is a very good sign... consistency is worth a hell of a lot.
now im in the 7 minute area and there are some new musical elements brought in and its very cool indeed. i hear this arpeggiated little sounds with a very short decay/release and they are very nice going up and down the scale kinds of... those give a very good feeling and fill it out so much.
about the bass... i am listening on good speakers and it sounds fine to me.. i think it is actually a very good bass because it has the high part of the bass which will allow it to be heard on a lesser system, while still having enough low low bass to be felt on a good system, and since there isnt a lot of frequencies in between it is not competing with your kick and other basses contributing to your already very clean mix.

wim this is excellent, i really like it
very solid track, nice icone sounds and well produced.
i am just going to say some comments as i listen:
the kick is very heavy,its a good icone kick but a kick with more bass and less 'thud' in it, like a rounder kick if u agree?
the bass is good, once again typical icone i would like to see u experiment with more synthy basses that delay and pan on each ear, very nice smooth basses and less of the angry 16th's arpeggiated basses 
it cud really develop your sound 
strings are cool, very nice sequence. maybe more of a fat pad sound instead of natrual strings, like jp8000 type full waaaaa kinda pads u get me
the riff is cool, a bit similar to sintra-do u see the similarities? especially in the 2nd break. also i think it is time to use a different synth than pro53.its an amazing synth but i look forward to hearing u use different leads in your tracks...it will bring a great change and make your works fresh
but overall a fantastic track. i want to hear your talent and imagination being used with different concepts
