epic/vocal trance mix, please give a listen

I mixed this set on my computer with mp3 mixing software. I've been mixing for about five months or so, and this is probably my best mix so far. Please give it a listen.

I listened Ecstasy a few times so here goes:

1. Aria - Dido

Energyk start of the set. Maybe it should be started with
a slower one, but is your choise.

2. Hemstock & Jennings - Mirage of Hope (Lange Remix)

The bass just keeps cutting off. Some energy is lost too.
You are going from an energyk track to a slower one.

3. The Quest - C Sharp

Same bass problem. But the transition is a little bit better.

4. 4 Strings - Let It Rain (Vocal Club Mix)

Energy lost once again. Btw, awesome track.

5. James Holden - Nothing

Imensse amount of energy lost.

6. Armin Van Buuren - Yet Another Day (Rising Star Mix)

Best transition so far.

7. Armin Van Buuren - Communication

Good transition.

8. Free State - Different Ways (Original Mix)

The bass is just going wild.

9. Ozone - Theme from the Rock

Same bass problems, and u should close the fader earlier.

10. Dumonde vs Lange - Memory (Lange Dub Mix)

Average transition.

11. Guardians of the Earth - One Moon Circling

Good timming.

12. Hemstock & Jennings - Mirage of Hope (Original Mix)

Ending set with energy lost once again.

You're bigest problem is crosfading basses betwen the tracks and
beatmatching. U should watch the vu-meters and keep them at the
right level. Some transition sounded good, but in most of them
u lost energy, and that realy slowed down the set. No continuous flow.

Just practice and u'll do better.

Nice transition from Dido to Mirage of Hope.

The Quest - C Sharp is a nice tune, but I can't see how it fits here. P.S. Listen to Taucher live @ Webster Hall and check out how beautifully he mixes this tune in his set. There is a consistent theme in Taucher's set.

4 Strings - Let It Rain (Vocal Club Mix) nicely fits in the set. Nice melodic trancer. Nicely mixed in too.

James Holden - Nothing . Heavenly progressive trancers! Awesome tune! Nicely fits in the set too.

Armin Van Buuren � Yet Another Day (Rising Star Mix). Problem here is that the track is not as loud as it should be. This is banging uplifting trancer! This ruins the overall atmosphere of the set

Armin Van Buuren - Communication. Nice transition

Ummm... no consistency... either regress or progress. Otherwise the meaning of the set is lost.

Overall impression... A bunch of nice tracks glued together to form a set. Transitions are ok, but they require work. The problem with this set is that it has no essence.
