I haven't read any more then that article, but basically isn't she just suing for deformation of her buisness name which she is trying to build up as a legal P2P?

In which case she firstly bent over to the RIAA, and secondly, it's only her buisness, not P2P.

I was hoping for more (incase you can't tell).

Mind you, any step is a step in the right direction?
