Haha Fox News vs. CNN this is great

Read this:

http://worldnetdaily.com/news/artic...RTICLE_ID=34789

Then this:

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,98360,00.html

Hehe i love it. I'm afraid I'm going to have to side with fox on this one.

"In what could only have been a journalistic blunder, Tucker Carlson, co-host of CNN's "Crossfire," gave out the wrong phone number Thursday when prodded on the show to reveal his home number.
.
.
.
After numerous callers made clear they had intended to reach Carlson, Fox News felt obligated once again to get the facts right and correct Carlson's error. Carlson can be reached at CNN's Washington bureau at 202-898-7900."

Read the fox article ... it's hilarious. Some of the sarcasm is dripping off the page.

Oh and by the way, fox originally posted Carlson's home number instead of the CNN bureau (cuz Carlson claimed that the fox news number he gave out was his home number) but I guess fox felt bad for the guy and took it down haha.

I just wish CNN would stop stooping to Fox's (and MSNBC's) level of yellow journalism and go back to reporting news. Anyone else remember when you could watch CNN late at night and see the live feeds from the British news desk?

Now all they are is a cookie-cutter sensationalist news organization. I get just as much information from watching the ABC news at 5:30 than I could get from watching 3 hours of one of the cable networks.

I wish I could get BBC World News 24 hours a day instead of just in half hour blocks in the morning and evening.

I take it you like the Anti-America/Israel bias that agency is well renown for, how great!

The UK is the worlds leading tabloid publisher; it's no wonder their national news is such a joke!

When will people look into the political agenda's behind the words in print? Scrutinize the wording, and you'll see what their hidden messages are...besides the obvious destruction of Israel, and the fall of the "mighty" United States

I smell a troll.

Anyone else want to make wagers?

at the end of the article, it says it was a preplanned event

There is no sign of the real phone # anywhere

that is an interesting way to look at it...

the point of watching BBC to me is to look at another perspective. I have yet to see one totally unbias news-source, so to ctiticize BBC for being bias is simply ridiculous.

hahahhahahaha this is just great, i hope it's gets crazier. television news is nothing but yellow journalism, all of it. y'all need to stop expecting the boob tube to give you anything intelligent.

i think this is my favorite:

quote:
Following a riveting segment on his show about who's most annoying -- telemarketers, lawyers or talk show hosts -- Carlson graciously gave out his phone number to an e-mail writer who said he wanted to direct-market to Carlson some of his "junk in the garage."

or this:

quote:
For the record, talk show hosts ranked third in the 'who's most annoying?' poll. Of course, polling conducted after the show could register significant changes.
