Good ways to lose weight?
Hey people!
So it's summer. Might as well make a good use of all that free time and get in shape! Anyone knows any good ways of losing weight?
I dont wanna starve myself or anything tho :P Cuz god knows me loves food

So tell me, how do you plan on losing a bit of weight?
take some of those pills that speed up your metabolism

Actually it's not pills, it's powder ... it's called Methamphetamine and it is available at your friendly neighbourhood dealer for about $5/point.

And those pills that supposedly boost your metabolism, those aren't drugs?
Hehe. Guys, I don't wanna do drugs to lose weight! Has everyone become so lazy they must get high to lose weight! Damn ..... where's the spirit? Get some weights and lift something people! C'mon!!!!!
Simple as excercising and eating right...those drugs don't do too much and are probably more bad than they are good for you.

stop drinking alcohol if u drink often. dunno if u do but if so thats a good way to lose weight. peace!!
the only way to loose weight is to work hard training. no pain no gain. if you stop eating you'll get ill and the summer won't be good anyway. i'm a sports science student, and wot ive been told is that you need to combine cardiovascular training (running, swimming, cycling) with weights. as your muscles increase in size, the fat will burn off when you go running. you will not necessarily decrease in weight, but you will look slimmer and healthier. this must also be combined with eating properly. loose the chips, burgers, fast food etc. eat pasta, potatoes etc. and drink LOADS and LOADS of water (2 litres a day will flush your system)instead of shit like coca cola, coffee, tea. fresh orange juice is also good.

Running + weight lifting + diet.
I lost 50lbs a few years ago that way. But, its not easy, its more like a war. Remember that you have to fight hard to not be the 98% of the rest of the world - they diet and gain it all back (usually more).. Beat the rest, and be hardcore - especially in the aerobic parts of your workouts (running, swimming, spinning)...
Fastest way to lose weight:
Run or jog first thing in the morning on a EMPTY stomach. Run or jog for about 20 minutes. Then eat six simple, low fat and healthy meals throughout the day. Stay away from fried foods and foods with alot of saturated fat. Drink water throughout the day, it will help flush out all the toxins and fat. It also does wonders for the skin as well as keep you energized. Eat right, run in the mornings on an empty stomach and do some form of strength training three days a week.
Consistancy is the MOST important element. Good luck and stay active. This works.
here is a sure way to lose weight:
you can eat anything you want in any quantities during the day, but after 6 pm don't eat anything. you can only drink water or juice. so by the time you go to bed your stomack is completely empty and your body starts to use that extra fat to get you through the night.
i lost 15 pound like this
it's really hard for the first 3 weeks, but then you get used to this schedule
Nah...just eat anything you want, and then when you are nice and juicy...just go to your friendly neighborhood back-alley liposuction parlor. You might even be able to work out a 2 for 1 deal
