What song is this?! Help!

Heya,

Not sure if you guys will be able to help me or not but Ill give it a go.

Ok I would like to know what song is being played in the background of the Midnight Club 2 commercial? Anyone know? It sounds SOOOO familiar and its bothing the sh*t outta me. Someone help me please!

and also at the beginning of the game with the cut-scene (where the engine starts) is Kansai- Rococco (Original Mix)
