Tonearm problems...

Hi.

I just purchased 2 sl-1210 decks few weeks ago and 2 ortofon concorde pro s carts aswell. The first tonearm setting was done in a hurry (you can quess why...) but few days ago I noticed that when I put the needle on the record then the needle bends a little. I have read various tutorials on how to set up the tonearm etc but I still can't get it right. Some additional info: the height is at '0', no auxillary weight attached. If someone who really knows what I should do and has the patience to teach me ... you get the picture...
