any software to get a bpm reading off an MP3?

hi,
i have a couple of songs that i desperately need to get the BPM's of. is there any software or freeware that just counts the beats for you that you can download?

The only reliable thing ive ever come across is the bpm wizard in acid pro 4.

i just plug a tune into Taktor and it tells you the bpm..

AutoBPM is the most accurate for me.
