i didnt see if this was posted already (didnt find it in the last few pages, labeled something obvious)... so if it has been, a mod can lock it.

what an incredibly ingenious and unique way of doing a trailer. i guess this has been shown in the previews for underworld... people (for a good reason) really thought this was an ad for a beauty product at first!

i think it was better do have followed the script of the game. I went in thinking, "o ya, horror and conspiracies". Came out jackin off to Michelle Rodriguez, but that's a different tale.

the 2nd one seems to be on key with the 2nd game tho. Racoon City filled with zomvies.

they should never have dumped Romero's ideas for the film. bleh, it's a stab in the back

28 Days Later was pretty good. Ring was freaky. but House on Haunted Hill had the MEAT with nothing extra like jokes and romance and whatever. just scaring the shit out of u every minute. I think that was one of the better horror films of the 90s.

I, for one, can't wait till RE2 comesout. The first one was awesome and hopefully the sequel will be just as intense.

I've heard there was a debate of either calling the sequel RE: Apocalypse or RE: Nemesis.

Personally I like Nemesis in the title better, it goes along better with the games and I think that Nemesis is the boss she's gotta fight in the movie. I may be horribly wrong about this tho..hahaha.

i semi-agree... the first one was a monumental dissappointment, but im willing to give such a potentially great plot a second chance., plus lets not forget boys, that it stars milla jovovich

i never played the games much.. so coming from a non biased standpoint, i LOVED the movie. i thought it was very entertaining.

great soundtrack, all the gore was "clean" gore (either they didnt show it, or it was cool sci fi gore.. which i appreciated), the zombies were done really well, great colors throughout the film, etc. i really liked it.

i played the first game afterwards (the remake on the gamecube) and it was fun, and definitely not the same plot.. but i still think the movie kicked ass. just cause a movie doesnt follow the exact plot of the game doesnt make it bad... just means it was more like, BASED off of the movie. people who go into it thinking it should be exactly the same, well that sucks

THe first resident evil has nothing to do at all with the movie, they took chunks out of ra 2, ra3, and some of their own making... I dont like the idea at first that now alice posseses superhuman strength, but everything else seems good and the adding of jill valentine is interesting too... LOL I laughed my ass of when I heard the cast comentary when Milla says "twat shot" when she wakes up in the white room right before the ending....

The first movie was very good for a "video game movie", those usually don't tend to go too well...until recently. Very interesting trailer, I remember it had me totally fooled when I went to see "Underworld". I thought it was a commercial at first.
