You need to create a device (NN-19, NN-XT, Subtractor, Malstrm) to play it with....

Really, try reading the manual.

LMAO - it's amazing how many people i've said that to - everything you need to know is in the manual - and it's all written in an easy to follow format.

too bad most people don't have manuals

the manual comes on the CD

i read it before i even attempted using Reason for the first time, i printed it out and took it to work with me so that i could read it while it was quiet.

even if you downloaded Reason, you should be able to get hold of a manual from the same place you got the program....

And if you have to read the manual, to import a midi-file in Reason, then you really should'nt use any software before your general knowledge is better (part joke, mostly serious)

You can download it on the site of the propellerheads:

http://www.propellerheads.se/downloads/docs/frame.html

*edit: don't know if it's the whole manual, but it's good enough for getting started!
