can i get a translation

Hey, I don't know for sure if this is German which is sad inspite of the fact that I am half German. But I just bought a record a white label yesterday and all it says is VOLL IN DIE GLOCKEN. it is Acid trance like 4 different tunes on it but I was just wondering what it means in English. more or less.. probably means "full force into the nuts", but it is slang that I have never heard.

literal translation "full [steam or filled up] into the bells"
