CD insert dimensions?

alright, im making a cd insert thinger with photoshop, and i need to know the dimensions for the square peice of paper that fits in the CDS at the front.. and the almost square (almost because it is rectangular to allow for the little piece that you see when you look to the sides"

does anyone have these dimensions in PIXELS??

A pixel can change depending on your DPI. So using pixels will be virtually worthless.

Just set up your file by the physical dimension size....it is a pull down in the new file dialog and in the resize dialogs as well.
