"Top 40" song ID

I know it's not trance but I really need this song ID'ed.

It has what sounds like Micheal Jackson as a boy singing the chorus "A Little more conversation baby. A little more conversation/".

This tune is played every night at the clubs (in fact, the DJ thought he was Chicane and played it 2 times on Saturday at the club).

please help.
