These djs Ive come into contact with:

Eddie Halliwell: Playing a set at Keswick I called his name and he actually came over to talk, cool guy.

Paul Van Dyk: Just waved, made no effort to talk.

Graham Gold: Shit, dj okay guy though.

Mauro Picotto: Its funny cause he tries to understand but he just cant. Gave me a signatured copy of Awesome EP. Also gives you ciggies if you ask for them.

Lisa Lashes: Horrible person.

Met & spoken to:
Armin, Paul van Dyk, John 00 Fleming, Marco V, GTR, Pulser, Thrillseekers, Flutlicht, SHOKK, Ferry Corsten, and a lot of Aussie DJs you guys probably haven't heard of

basically cuz i'm not into worshipping dj's, they're just a bunch of people spinning a few records

Is worshipping and talking the same???????????

just look at this thread, it's like it's special when you're talking to a dj, which is not

Tiesto:met him also at virgin and took a pic with him. my friend and i were the only ones there atm because it was 1 1/2 hours before his performance

Picotto. I couldn't think of anything to say either, just stood there like a spare prick.

Hmm.. I assume met meaning that you also got a chance to talk them, right? In that case:

1. Paul van Dyk (humble & brilliant)
2. Danny Tenaglia (very down-to-earth)
3. BT (dresses like he's part of N'SYNC)
4. Mauro Picotto (goofy)
5. Nu-NRG (tried to speak italian to them)
6. Sharam from Deep Dish (great guy)
7. Dave Swayze (never met, but have talked on phone & email)
8. Luis Diaz (run into each other in NYC record stores frequently)

Daniel Bailey... Amazing guy. Down to earth. Sweet. Loveable. Tons of fun! Can't say enough about the guy!

Rob Tissera... Awesome guy as well! Always happy and laughing. Loves life! Honest and sweet as can be!

Eddie Halliwell... Kind of quite... very serious one-on-one... loyal to his friends... very good soul.

Adam Sheridan... serious... very focused on his career... really nice and respectful.... very sweet as well.

Lisa Lashes... seemed really cool... but I have heard of her fits that she throws. But was really cool to me for about 20 mins.

DJ's are people... just people. And everytime I get the opportunity to hang around one for an extended period of time... I love it... just seeing how human they are.

They are simply artists... who do a job... and who piss just like everyone else.

Armin was kewl i saw him at the Two Tribes Festival in Sydney and got a photo with him then 4 days later he played at GAS nightclub in syd and there was like 300ppl only! was great, ran into him as he was arriving and he remembered me then said "you wanna come and have a drink with us" so went with him and chatted for a while (he was about 1hr early ) the chat was on T.nu so yeah got about 30min with him

also interviewed pvd in melbourne at club QBH also for t.nu very shy guy but great to meet either way.

GTR met him the other week and had a chat, nice guy said to email him when i go overseas and he will take me out and show me the clubs

dj i've said hello too and stuff and got pictures with etc i'd say armin and ferry and marco v.

used to speak a lot with jamx n de leon but theyre in the uk no more, its a shame they are really cool, down to earth guys also had quit a nice chat with natron when he had his godskitchen gig but he's not in the uk as much either finally friends with giotto, he too is as sound as a pound! hopefully will have more UK gigs soon!


also spoke to a few people randomly walking around crasher like les hemstock hehe.

only Sandra Collins...but then again I haven't seen many big names play here
