I am so sick of these assholes, this is the second time this has happened. Because they're a US based importer, they never have the greatest selection and their record prices are all slightly jacked up, but its okay because when I order from them I usually save on shipping. So when they get in about 5 or more records that I want, thats usually the only way I'll place an order. I put in an order for 8 records last thursday night and the lazy fucks don't ship it until today!! That's right, I had to wait 1 WEEK just to get the damn things packed up and shipped. Of course, by this point, two records that were in stock when I ordered them have now sold out so they're only sending me 6. This is such bullshit, if this happens again I'm never ordering from this lame ass store again. Sorry, had to vent/spread the word.

yeah man i hate satellite.

their selection is piss. pretty much all poppy or just strait out crappy shit.
they have some good house here and there. but its also pretty poppy.

i ordered from them once and it took them 3 days to process my order. thats pathetic.

for american stores i normally stick to dancerecords.com
sometimes planetxusa.

I'd stay away from us stores, usually their selection is crap. Dancegrooves is extremely fast, and apparently Chemical has a new express option as well. But Juno has also been much better than any us store I've dealt with, and so has Only DJs except their shipping is ass expensive.

Yeah, i feel you... 2 months ago i ordered some more housey type tracks (if its trance i get it form europe)on a thursday and they waited until tuesday to tell me that they only had 5 out of 9 records. I was expecting them to be at my door by tuesday, so when i got the email i just replied to cancel the order. That is the last time that I order from them. They dont take care of business the way they should.

I understand they are a high volume store, but I never get any shit from Juno, only-djs, abovethesky, they have always been prompt, especially to notify if something is not in stock.

So far i dont like many of the USA online stores, except for dancerecords.com...

I second that. But what I hate most is when my records actually do come, they don't all have cases. And the ones that have cases don't have sleeves. I always write in the little box for special instructions, "Please include sleeves and covers for each record" but they must not even read that shit. Damn those bastards!

They pulled the same shit on me too... Dancegrooves won't tell you if the record is not in stock, they'll just put your order on hold for a week without telling you. But when it is shipped then yeah it's really fast.

I live in the US, and have ordered from them on occasion, and ran into the same problems. Another place to stay away from is eightballshop.com, these bastards do the same thing, but on top of that they list a bunch of tunes in stock. Then, 2 weeks later the bastards tell you that the press isn't available no longer.
Fuck virtual lists, if you ain't got it, ya ain't got it. Don't waist my damn time.
Most of New York based E-buisness's are shit anyways, I always have probs with'm.

How long does dancegrooves take to ship to canada, My tiesto dvd was shipped on wensday.
