anyone every write a paper on djing?

well my teacher wants us to write an example paper on something that we are an "expert" at. I was thinking of writting about mixing and stuff, even though im not an expert because i cant seem to talk about anything else. anyone every turn in a paper like this? my mind is completly blocked and i need help with it

Yeah, i write about trance or spinning all the time... i mostly write about club atmospheres or gigs i have had my self.. the teacher seems to enjoy them

for my english class - technical writing - i had to write a working manual. i made one on how to beat match. i recieved a good grade on it. let me know if you want it (if i still have it, im not at home but i can check when i get back)

I didnt do an essay/paper on it, but in my speech class I did a 10min explaination of how to become a DJ. I brought in my mixer, some records and some videos of famous DJs.......

......the bitch meter went up about 10pts with that one !

thanks guys! there are suppose to 3 paragraphs and i am suppose to have an example in each....so far i have how practicing on computer programs help out alot and stuff, i used james holden as an example of an artist whom uses computer programs....then my next paragraph is buying the right equipment, and i dont know what kind of example to give for this? and my 3rd paragraph is about practicing beat matching and i used pvd as an example :/

god i am so dead right now....izzy if you can show me the paper for an example i will be grateful

BTW i know what i am typing now doesnt make sense nor is it spelled correctly. i hate english

lol i need energy now that i think about it i might just scratch the equipment paragraph and do harmonic mixing like suggested above and go into detail about it

bad news i couldnt find my paper, i must have lost it when i reformatted (i think i still have the hardcopy laying around here somewhere) ... i did find another short paper on my computer that i wrote... from the same class but this time we had to do a case analysis comparision. i wrote a review for a club of three turntables and recommended which one is best. I can email you that one if it still fits.

nah its cool man....i appreciate it, you have any idea of a dj that picked a awsome track list but messed up the mixing like in a liveset? lol thanks everyone and sorry if none of what i wroe made any sense
