Could www.tracklistings.org be returning?

It was a fave in my links list and today I picked the wrong one and went to the site. Remember Phil Cole stopped doing it at while ago but I saw 2003 on the side. The database is not quite connected but it is up and has been updated somewhat...no tracklists are available yet...but could this be that he has returned to it?

anyone know anything about it
