Dude, why would you even spin at a place that only has CD's if all you like and know how to do is spin vinyl. Secondly, what kinda club has CDJ-100's? Must be one cheap ass club.

Dunno if I'm too late but here it goes
3 effects,
WAH, ZIP and JET are effects you activate the effect, and press hold if you want the effect to stay on after touching the jogwheel, and then JET simulates the sound of a jet, zip either simulates a tt power-off or it puts the track really fast (depends on the way you go with the jog wheel) and WAH is some sort of filter that I don't know how to explain.. maybe you should try them with the tracks on your headphones :P
Without the Hold active, the effect is enabled as long as you press the jog wheel, and then it goes all the way back to normal.
As for mixing, pitch I guess you already know that :P
cueing, you insert cd, auto-plays, wait for first beat, press pause, use jog wheel on reverse way to find 1st frame of beat, press "cue", and it memorizes that spot.. then to go back just press cue, and then play to play it of course.
if you hold cue, it will work as a sampler (good for vocals or whatever). the jog wheel simulates the touch of vinyl for putting both tracks in sync.. I guess that's it.. anything just ask.
good luck!
