I'm not normally a fan of prog, but there tunes are great imo.

Paul Oakenfold - Southern Sun (Gabriel & Dresden Unplugged Mix)
Way Out West - Mindcircus (Gabriel & Dresden Mix)

You won't find any artist similar to Gabriel & Dresden... they're just not out there. But these guys make a similar type of progressive and fit in a very similar genre.
