Invisible Grin Paul Van Dyk Interview Is Up

Yep, finally.

It is available. At least the first part. The interview was too big for one part so it has been split up into 2 parts.

check out http://www.pcmusic.co.za and you'll see it listed under the Interviews heading.

Enjoy

Thought you might appreciate it considering it was under discussion.

Awesome interview! Finally, we get some more info on that 'Second Sun' song. Can't wait for part 2!!

Posted by Widget on Jul-08-2001 21:30:

Glad you liked it TranceDJ,
the second part deals with some other stuff - his studio, advice for people etc.

The whole interview was about 9 pages long, so it just couldn't all fit in 1 part.

i dont really get him at some parts

"I came back home and I was listening to it and it sounded absolutely terrible, it was horrible, but the thing is, the track itself that he did, was absolutely amazing"

???
did the guy try to mix a cd or something?
the mixing was horrible but the track was not?

anyways great interview.

Yep, those 2 vinyl are sitting next to me as I type.
I need to go out & buy 2 empty vinyl covers. I don't particularly want to walk around with 2 signed covers

ok. pat...
he meant.
the canada guy made a song.
but it soundded bad.. u know. needed more work.
but the track configuration was amazing.
so he sent him with some profressionals to get some more work done on it.
thats why he got signed on Vandit
Quality!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The track wasn't produced properly, so frequencies, levels etc weren't great. But the actual sound, ideas & rifts were good.

Make more sense?
