Absynth Tempo Question?

I know the toolbox in Absynth is where you change the tempo. But where do you get the tempo of your synth in Absynth in sync with your tracks in the sequencer when used as a plug in?

It seems everytime I make a meldoy in Absynth then insert it to my sequencer its out of sync and off beat ,so is there some other place in Absynth 2 I can sync to Tempo?

A quote from the Absynth2 manual:

quote:
The global tempo is set from the main keyboard window in standalone operation. When using Absynth as a plug-in, the host tempo is automatically received.

OK, so you then gotta worry about syncing bits of Absynth to the global tempo. In the Envelope (env) window, select a waveform and at the top of the window there is a setting button that reads "free" or "sync". Click it to switch between the two - but for envelopes sync'd to global tempo, you need the "sync" setting.

In the LFO and Effect windows, where you set the time of the effect, the text on the left of the time setting reads "beat" or "sec". Again, click on the text to change between the two. If you set it to "beat" the time will be calculated based on the number of beats of the global tempo - i.e. the time is sync'd to global tempo.
