Montreal and Toronto TranceAddicts

Hi guys!
I was browsing this board for party listings and so forth and noticed that there isn't much of a community feel here. I myself am from Toronto but can consider myself an honorary Montrealite having lived there for a while. So I was just wondering (since I'll be going to some parties there in the winter) do you do meetups like the TOTA's? And are you all of you guys friendly? Not about to bite off the head of a deaddoll, I hope!

and no tranceaddict isn't the only board in town... there's plenty more places where people talk about their beloved music

ya i moved from the TOTA scene to the MTLTA scene and they are very different, people here dont review as much as on the Toronto board, the review topics go on for weeks, and they post more complete tracklists for parties on the TOTA board. but they still party hard in montreal, parties go longer in this city. i guess no one has energy to talk about the parties when they have danced for an extra 5-6 hours....

yes we are all friendly and much better looking than the torontonians. well accept alec. he's ugly and scottish.. eek. and i cant possibly see how you dont notice the commuinitiness here. well its more obvious in tota. they are pretty cliquey but they fight alot.

well i can tell you that the montreal section is pretty dead comparing to other times , also a lot of members don't post or party anymore (i don't know why) ... but we have a fresh wave of young TAs , i think they are the future of TA :P

Ya, I've noticed the constant bickering on TOTA, it gets a little frustrating, especially since I'm not in on it and have to read all about it. I'll have to admit that it does seem a little quieter in here. Lol, and maybe that does have something to do with Aria being open till 11am!
