Annual Xone Day

Today is the first annual Xone Day, the day on which I get my Allen & Heath Xone32! I just thought I would share my ecstasy with everyone because I have been ejaculating constantly for the last 72 hours in anticipation of today. Life can be sweet!

Haha nah it's a remembrance type deal. Like next year I'm gonna remember on the 16th of october how much I wanted to smash my step dad for not being home when the UPS guy came. I shall post tribute to xoneday tomorrow when it actually gets here

The XONE32 wasn't made with trance DJ's in mind. If I remember correctly, it was stlyed for scracthers, and the gains were "out of the way".

There is nothing that suggests that it (xone32) wasn't styled for trance, fucked if I know where you pulled that from. I, and many people I've discussed this with, think that having the gains accessable but not in sight is a good thing - they aren't hard to get to, but you can't see what level they are at which means you are forced to use the VU meters (of which there is one for each channel), the best way of adjusting gains obviously.

I pulled it from getting 1 digit wrong (damn close if u ask me. My brain does exist!).

I donno about u, but i'd MUCH prefer 2 look @ VU meters then listen to hear the level difference. would you normally (sounds like it with the way you say "forced to") just listen? Anyone else's input on that, cool question!?
