Or Columbus, Ohio... Come to think of it, they also have an O'Charleys there too... that's another restaurant that's supposedly very big in the South. That place kicked ass!

I was reading a video game site, apparently in Indiana it's called "Waffle and Steak" though you can barely see the & so it looks like "Waffle Steak".
